Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Our place is on the Trent Severn Waterways and near down town shopping. Great for biking,kyaking, pubs and restaurants. Our suite is equipped with one bedroom with fireplace ,TV and ensuite with jacuzzi. There is a kitchen and dining area, living room with TV and fireplace. Free Wifi. There is also laundry facilities, Hot tub ,sauna and outside patio with propane fire pit and barbecue, all for your private use. We are setup for a couple and our amenities are for our guests only .

The Eh Frame - Nordic Spa Retreat - Sunset Suite

The Eh Frame is 3-story Scandinavian inspired luxury cabin with 2 completely separate units. Your group will have the complete front side of the house (everything shown in the pictures), patio, private spa, fire pit etc. The back side of the house is a separate rental unit. A place to relax in winter in front of the gas stove with a beautiful view of the Otonabee River. In summer enjoy a swim or a paddle on on the river with one of our two kayaks. The kayaks are available between May 1st & October 1st as long as the river conditions are acceptable. Enjoy supper prepared using the fully equipped kitchen overlooking the river. A park like setting but only 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in downtown Peterborough.

Pretty Stoney Lake Cabin Suite New rates Nov/ Dec

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does Not include the entire cabin. Has a kitchenette with BBQ outside. The Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.
