My place is located a short distance from the Heavenly Ski Resort Boulder and Stage Coach Lodges. There are many hiking and biking trails nearby including the amazing Tahoe Rim Trail https://tahoerimtrail.org/maps-trail-info/. The condo has a fireplace, a private deck with views of Carson Valley and Tahoe Basin, a gas grill, a 4 person hot tub, 3 bedrooms (Cal King, King, and Queen Beds), two bathrooms, high-speed WiFi, and FireStick TVs. There is also access to a community pool and hot tub.

Ideal to come & enjoy nature's offerings. Relax in the backyard hot tub. Please read House Rules before booking. South Lake has strict noise regulations. NO PARTIES. This townhouse has a two car garage on the entry level, a flight of stairs to the kitchen, half bath, living and dining rooms, then 2 bedrooms each with own bath upstairs of that. Decks off both bedrooms, living room and dining room! Four decks! Sorry no pets or parties allowed. Maximum 4 guests. 2 miles from the casinos. 2-3 miles to Heavenly Ski Lodges. The HOA pool is available summer only. The HOA hot tub is available 10am-8pm year round and is about a 5 minute drive from the townhouse.

Nestled in Midtown, less than 5 miles from Heavenly, Tahoe Tranquil Retreat offers the convenience of a central location while surrounding you in the peace and quiet of a secluded forest. The backyard backs up to the Upper Truckee River, and there is an undeveloped 10-acre forest across from the front yard, where we often see bears and coyotes. There is hiking, and snowshoeing right from the front door. Our house is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for an unforgettable stay.

Beautiful mountain and lake views. Situated atop the eastern ridge of the Sierra Nevada Mtns, our condo provides the perfect place to base your vacation stay in Lake Tahoe. Walking access to the Tahoe Rim Trail and just a couple miles to numerous beach options, this is a natural paradise. Plenty of off street parking in front of the condo, and just a few steps to the pool and hot tub make this location extremely convenient.(pool now open, hot tubs still closed till regulations relaxed)

Unwind in a sparkling clean hot tub under the stars and relax on your own private patio. Hot tub is open year around but Patio and BBQ are not available in winter Dec-Mar due to snow. (Hot tub quiet hrs 10-8 No music in hot tub) This is a cozy, spotless, downstairs retreat (BOTTOM FLOOR OF OUR HOME) with private entrance. Next to miles of trails, 15 minutes away from Tahoe’s beaches and skiing. Curl up under a cozy down comforters and fall asleep listening to the wind in the pines.
