Our modern apartment is situated in the picturesque village of Portroe, overlooking the majestic river Shannon and backed by the Arra mountains. It is centrally located to restaurants, pubs and shops. Portroe is situated 11 km from Nenagh and Killaloe and 68km from Shannon Airport and adjacent to The M7 giving access to the whole country. The area is renowned for its water activities which include fishing, boating, sailing and scuba diving.Hill walking trails and cycling are also very popular.

You are going to stay in our small but cozy guest house in the middle of the country site in the village of Birdhill. Its a self contained guest house with a kitchen/living room, small double bedroom and bathroom. We are conveniently located only 10 min away from M7 motorway (exit 27), and 20 min away from Limerick City. Shannon airport 40 min drive. Killaloe/ Ballina which is located only 10min drive from our house is one of the most picturesque village attractions with plenty of restaurants.

A Spacious 2 bedroom apartment situated in the heritage village of Tuamgraney. Near O'Grady Tower (15th century) and St. Cronan's Church (10th century) the oldest functioning in Ireland. Near Lough Derg providing easy access to kayaking, canoeing, sailing, boat trips, fishing etc. Local buses. Numerous festivals, bars, restaurants, heritage sites and walks within 20 mins drive.

Dromoland, Lahinch, Doonbeg, Shannon and many more Golf Courses are all within easy commuting distance.
