Proni Villa

Our recently renovated villa is located οn the west side of the island. This home has a great seaside view, which you can enjoy relaxing by the pool. Two of the best restaurants on the island are conveniently accessible. Arkasa, a large village, is a short 10 min drive, with access to markets and a pharmacy. Lefkos beach, one of the most popular beaches in Karpathos, is also a short drive, as is a small fishing village, Foiniki, to the south. Both have restaurants, beaches and mini markets.

When we acquired the Pura Vida Cave House it was a deserted Gem.. We immediately fell in love with the spot, on the top of a 300 meter cliff - nothing to block your sight but the end of the horizon. We put together a team to reconstruct it entirely, keeping the initial design of the house and blending it with modern touches and technology. The result is a Cycladic beauty, built into the rock, white as can be, to host a couple or a small family, in a fun and elegant environment!

Avli Luxury Villas

Avli Luxury Villas is a collection of three villas located right in the center of Pigadia, Karpathos. General disinfection is done at home before each arrival. The house is located in the area of Amoudara 50 meters from the sandy beach. It is a brand new home with nice decoration. It consists of a single room with a living room, kitchen and dining area. Two bedrooms and a bathroom. At the backyard of the residence there is a private pool with a hydromassage. It also has a barbecue and a comfortable sitting area for relaxing.
