With one bedroom one bathroom with a pull out sofa. It's ideal for individuals, couples, or small families. Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) is only a 25-minute drive away. Sarasota/Bradenton Airport (SRQ) a little over a hour away. Then the Southwest Florida Airport (RSW) just at a hour away.

Waterfront Retreat- w/Kayaks & Peace River access

This is a large private building that has seven separate rooms that all have access to the main living room. Full kitchen area as well as a washer/dryer. This building is located directly on the water with access to peace river. We are located on horse creek which leads into the peace river. Canoes and kayaks are welcome. This space would make a great church retreat, family reunion, or any large gathering up to 16 people. Features a wood fire pit and charcoal grill. No pets!

Relax in the country in our 2 bedroom home with views of horses, cows, donkeys, pond with water lilies, and occasional owl, fox, raccoon, deer, and turkey sightings. We are only 45 minutes from one of the top beaches in the US, Siesta Key, 10 minutes from the famous Arcadia antique district, and 15 minutes from shopping and the I-75 corridor that takes you up and down the west coast of Florida. The Grovehouse 2 story barndo with huge yard

This is a relaxing two story apartment that you will have to yourself. We built this shop in 2019 for our citrus grove caretaking business. The apartment is in one end of the shop. There is room to spread out so bring the family with you. We have a foosball table upstairs and other games. Our place is in a quiet rural area where you can see sandhill cranes, pileated wood peckers and gopher turtles. There is no TV but we do have wifi so come unwind with us!
