East facing, don't just wake up to an amazing sunrise, but also a beautiful lake view. Very tranquil. A place to escape, but still close to the cities and its football games, Dallas stadium. The property is located on the lake, it has space to park a boat with a 2 min drive to public boat ramp. Great spot for fishing! Eventhough my kids grew up here, this is not a child friendly home.
