Cookeville Boatdock is a short drive away, or a 10 min boat ride will take you to Hurricane Marina…both full service marinas! We are 25 min from I-40 at Baxter exit 280, and Cookeville exit 286. Hike or Kayak up to waterfalls at Burgess Falls, Window Cliff, or any one of the area’s many State Parks! So come out & enjoy a great time with us here on CHL.

The Owl's Nest will be your next home away from home! Tucked away at the end of a dead-end gravel road, you'll find our perfectly secluded A-frame with all the amenities you'll need for a little R&R. Enjoy an evening with friends/family by the fire pit, or a daytime adventure down to the lake by way of walking trail and take the kayaks out on the water. We hope you'll enjoy our home, and the sounds of nature (and an occasional hoot from the resident owls) that come with it, as much as we do.

Nature meets luxury in this unique glamping tree tent experience. Enjoy being tucked back in the woods, complete with everything you need for a one-of-a-kind family getaway. Heating and A/C, full bathroom, Nectar mattresses & bedding. Functional kitchenette, and private outdoor living space with private hot tub and natural gas fire pit. Our Tree Tents are pet friendly.
