We have dogs, chickens and horses and there will be farm noises, but mostly very peaceful. 12 miles W of Denton and 12 miles E of Decatur. DFW is about a 45 min drive.

Near Lake Ray Roberts, LBJ Grasslands, and Trophy Club trailheads and several others. There will be farm noise, but typically very peaceful.
