Beautiful pad on a tranquil street and walkable neighborhood. 5-10 minute walk to the village and 2-minute walk to the cliffs overlooking the bay and sound. Water view from one bedroom, great outdoor yard - very private. Updated amenities, marble bathroom, cozy indoor living area and very comfortable beds. The rental space is private and is the entire first floor of the home. The home is a two-story duplex with a shared entrance and private locking doors to each space. Wonderful location.

This house has the most amazing roof top deck overlooking both the ocean and the bay! The house is located right off of Surf Road. It is located 4 houses away from the beach. The house is very spacious with an open concept living room and dining room. There are 3 separate sofas, TV, DVD player for entertainment. The kitchen has all the amenities with a nice breakfast bar. There are 5 big bedrooms to accommodate a large group or big family. Plenty of deck space and a rooftop deck.

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.
