The kitchen is recently remodeled with stone countertops and all the appliances and cookware you need. The bathroom has also been renovated and has a powerful shower. Nashville airport is only 9 miles from here. The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. Its style is cozy, comfortable and relaxed, light and airy. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets.
