lovely apartment located by the beautiful lakes, in Copenhagen. Everything is within walking distance, such as Tivoli, Strøget, Torvehallerne, with its large selection of food, wine and generally just a good atmosphere of people from Denmark and a lot of tourists. The apartment itself exudes personality and functions as a private home, where you are in direct contact with people who either walk or cycle by and not least the many runners who use the lakes as a breathing space for their exercise.

The apartment is in one of the very best locations in Copenhagen, a few minutes' walk from Kongens Nytorv, Strøget, Nyhavn and Kongens Have. Right outside the door you will find a multitude of small local shops, cozy cafes, supermarkets, restaurants and eateries with tasty menus and street food. The apartment is 68 m2 and has just been renovated. It offers two bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room with a balcony. Every day at 13:00 The King's Life Guard march past just below the balcony.

Lejligheden er indrettet med vintagemøbler og har en rummelig stue med udsigt til Skt Johans Kirke. Nyd altanen med aftensol eller i gårdhaven med plads til at spise ude i de små kroge. Området vrimler med kaffe-, vinbarer og restauranter. Det perfekte udgangspunkt for at opleve smukke København, både som turist og som en, der gerne vil leve som de lokale.

Velkommen til vores smukke, rummelige og unikke lejlighed. Den ligger centralt placeret på Frederiksberg, tæt på Frederiksberg have og Fasanvej metrostation, så det er nemt at komme rundt. Det er en stor lejlighed med to store stuer, to gode soveværelser og to toiletter. Der er mulighed for ekstra opredning i stuen. Man kan nyde eftermiddagssolen på vores dejlige altan. Lejligheden er på første sal og man kan derfor til tider opleve larm fra gården og gaden.

I denne 3-værelses lejlighed finder du et enkelt soveværelse med en stor seng og fjernsyn. Desuden er der en sofastue og en spisestue med et bord med plads til 8 mennesker. I køkkenet finder du vaskemaskine og opvaskemaskine og massere af bordplads. Lejligheden ligger lige ved Ålholm station og ligger generelt meget tæt på offentlig transport. Desuden har du under 5 kilometer ind til indre København og er meget tæt på både damhussøen og Frederiksberg have.
