This 1,200 square foot home has a family room with kitchen. We get gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. Please explore our land! We have a chicken coop on the property, and all families are welcome to enjoy the fresh eggs. There is a seasonal creek near the house. The best thing about this house is that you feel like you are out in the country but are minutes to everything… downtown SLO, shopping, restaurants and Avila Beach. This is our guest house on our property, we reside in the main house.

We use only natural, organic cleaning products, and all sheets and towels are of high-quality cotton. Kitchenette stocked with coffee, tea, etc. Smart TV. Licensed in the city of SLO ( #113984), so a required 13% lodging tax is included.

Maverick Hill Ranch Farm Stay

Come and spend the night in our little red barn. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our little barn has a small kitchenette, a large king size bed and a rustic bathroom. We have also included a cool corduroy bean bag that converts into a full size mattress. The room includes a large TV with Netflix and prime, Kurig coffee maker, a variety of teas, outdoor patio with a fire pit. On the property we have horses, cats, chickens and many dogs.
