San Vito Lo Capo Rustico sul mare Monte Cofano

Casa in stile dentro la riserva naturale del Monte Cofano a circa 400 m dal mare con una splendida vista sulla baia di Macari ,contesto naturale esclusivo. La casa era un vecchio rifugio contadino ed è stata ristrutturata con estrema cura dei particolari in tufo e pietra balata. E’ un luogo per gli amanti del relax, natura e privacy. All’esterno il giardino ha vista mare sull'intera baia ed è terrazzato con pietra balata antica e mosaici e una panca in pietra e ceramiche siciliane.

Nel borgo più antico di Valderice, "San Marco", in una zona molto tranquilla e ventilata trovate "l'azzurro apartment". La casa é molto fresca, in quanto le mura della zona sottostante sono fatte in pietra che tiene fresco in estate e da tepore in inverno, la cucina in muratura é ben attrezzata, due bagni uno per ogni camera. La costa più vicina é a 5km. É situata in un posto ideale per raggiungere Trapani e le saline, S.Vito lo Capo ,Scopello,Segesta...

L' alloggio si trova tra le vie adiacenti al centro storico. E' un edificio di recente ristrutturazione, luminoso, comodo e ben arredato. Entrando dalla grande porta vetrata vi accoglierà un luminosissimo soggiorno arredato con tavolo, sedie, tv e divano letto. Da esso si accede alla cucina, fornita degli elettrodomestici e delle stoviglie. La Casa è dotata di un grazioso bagno con doccia e di due camere matrimoniali, ognuna delle quali fornita di climatizzatore .
