The bathroom and bedroom have been refurbished. The sitting room is awaiting tiles due Aug. 1 and the tiling will be done immediately. Flagmount is 3km away with a shop, a lake to swim in. Feakle is 10KM away Tulla 20km and Scarriff is 10km away. Land is organic and wild. Wellingtons advised. Explore the land at your own risk.
