Located a few feet away from Trinity River, you can walk in seconds from the house. If you're searching for a peaceful and relaxing place, look no further. There is a fishing pier, public village picnic area and boat ramp. Security cameras installed outdoors only.

Relax with the whole family and friends at this peaceful cottage. Enjoy the well appointed, mostly secluded, home amid the trees. Visit in surrounding areas for antiquing, festivals, fishing, drive through safari and holiday activities. Miniature donkeys can be heard braying. 1 to 2 Small to medium size dogs welcome. Comfortable for 5 persons although 6 persons can fit. No fencing on property and the Kayak is just for decoration. Insurance stays welcome
