Eco-renovated stone barn

Beautiful timber/stone barn c200 yrs old renovated in 2015 to a high standard, set on an organically/permaculture inspired smallholding in countryside close to historic town Athenry. Featuring a large double bedroom with 4 poster bed, a sleeping loft, suitable for children/young adults. Fully fitted Kitchen. Contemporary Shower room with Compost Toilet. We have a wood-fired sauna and cold shower spa area available for guests on one* night of your stay, subject availablity/arangement.

Romantic Hideaway - 1850's Schoolhouse

The Old Schoolhouse was built in 1850, and has been beautifully restored. It's got a long and rich history, dating back to the Irish Famine. My dad went to school here, we lived in it as a family growing up and I wanted to share some of the history of the buildng with visitors. It's been updated with fast (150mb) fiber internet, and it's very cozy and warm. We just added a modern, private workspace outside for remote working - fast internet, private, monitors, great for Zoom calls!

Unsere gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen der Landschaft im Osten von Galway. Es ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Kloster Esker und den Wäldern entfernt und ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort. Es gibt ein Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer und ein Doppelschlafsofa im Wohnbereich. Kinder können gerne das Trampolin und alles andere im Garten nutzen.

Unser kürzlich fertiggestelltes Ferienhaus ist ein modernes Juwel am Wild Atlantic Way mit einfachem Zugang zum Stadtzentrum von Galway (Zug/Bus/25 Autominuten). Wir sind von Landschaft umgeben und es gibt ein 600 Hektar großes besonderes Schutzgebiet und ein besonderes Erhaltungsgebiet (Rahasane Turlough) vor unserer Haustür. Wir befinden uns 1 Stunde vom Flughafen Shannon und dem Flughafen Ireland West (Knock) und 2 Stunden vom Flughafen Dublin entfernt.
