This idea is what inspired us to build our guest suite and provide everyone that stays a place to recharge, relax and enjoy. It is attached to the main house with separate entrance, own bathroom and a small patio area. It is safe to leave your bikes behind the locked gates. Free street parking. A/C. Not suitable for kids/infants as extra guests above capacity. No pets. ok to BNB changes

You'll have an amazing stay at this newly renovated inner city oasis. This beautiful 1/4 property features private dock, hot tub, BBQ, fireplace, kayaks, and access to amazing fishing. With southern full sun exposure. The home has two basement suites with the caretaker living in one of them. The yard and common areas will only be accessed for maintenance. The house comes with 3 bedrooms (4 beds) and 2 bath sleeping up to 6. The views of the lake from within the house are breathe taking.

The care takers pier house is the most unique way to embrace Brentwood Bay . Being the oldest private marina in BC you will sense its rich history on the walls of the house. On the peir you will find boat builders and canvas makers and the largest paddle sport operation on the island. Brentwood spa is a 4 minute walk down the path , seahorse cafe is next door and butchart gardens is in the same bay. All who come to Brentwood bay love the little island feel at portside marina .
