Rampson B&B offers guests beautiful rural views and wonderful wildlife on our doorstep. Emma and Andrew love to entertain and socialise - dependent upon your wishes. Accommodation is a room with ensuite bathroom and king bed for 2 guests, however, if you are a party of 3 or 4, we can make a twin bedroom available with private access to our family bathroom. A varied breakfast is included and, we can offer dinner. Ideal for nature lovers and hikers, if you need a lift to/from Kirkby Stephen - ask.

I want to welcome people and their dogs to our home in the village of Rowlands Gill just 8 miles from the centre of Newcastle. I have 2 bright, spacious bedrooms with 2 shower rooms. A complimentary continental breakfast is available in the second bedroom. This room has huge windows looking onto our wood. There are no curtains but it isn’t overlooked. Home from home in Darlington - the attic.

Attic in my shared home. I'm vegetarian. The house is spacious with tranquil garden, in friendly street in the West End. We are a pleasant 15 mins. walk to the town centre for shops, pubs and restaurants. Close to the Memorial Hospital for NHS workers. Great for work, visiting friends/family or holidays. Breakfast can be arranged "make it yourself" fashion at an additional cost of £5. Vegan and gluten free food on offer. Wifi is fast. EVs can be charged at an additional cost. Please discus.

Courtyard Studio

The Courtyard studio offers self contained accommodation within our guesthouse located in Horden. The studio offers 1 king-size bed (or 2 singles if requested) plus a sofa bed. A kitchenette area offering a microwave and toaster with tea & coffee making facilities also provided. Guests can enjoy breakfast in the guesthouse. Great travel links with Access to the A19 within minutes which links to Durham, Sunderland & Newcastle. The newly opened train station is also only a short walk away.

Holehouse bunkhouse is situated in Eastgate Weardale in an Area of outstanding national beauty. The bunkhouse has 3 bedrooms with 4 bunks and one pull out bed in each, with 1 bathroom for each room. The communal kitchen has a washing machine, cooking facilities and fridge freezer. The bunkhouse is situated on the Weardale way with the footpath passing through the farm. The C2C cycle route also passes very close by. 2 stables are also available with grazing facilities.

Pry House, Northumberland

Pry is a cosy 18th-century, cottage farmhouse within five acres of wild flowers, a verdant copse and running burn. Near Hadrian’s Wall and medieval Blanchland, Pry lies just south of Hexham and Corbridge, making it the perfect base for exploring Northumberland and beyond. Help is on hand with Steve and Cocker Spaniel Kes. There’s homemade organic breads, rare-breed (even Roman!) eggs and advice on walking, cycling, or casting a fly for salmon and wild trout.
