Dieses komplett renovierte Haus liegt direkt am Strand vor dem Atlantischen Ozean. Der Strand hat seine eigenen Rettungsschwimmer, die den Strand den ganzen Sommer über bewachen. Wir sind nur 10 Min. vom Stadtzentrum zu Fuß durch den Strand oder 2 Min. mit dem Zug entfernt. Im Zentrum finden Sie Wäschereien, Supermärkte, Apotheken, Gesundheitszentren, Restaurants, usw. Sie können auch gerne Fahrräder oder ein Auto für eine Tour mieten. Wir sind ca. 20 Min. mit dem Auto von Lissabon.

In the center of Costa da Caparica and 7 minutes walk to the beach, we have this lovely tiny house to make you feel at home, just 20 minutes from the vibrant Lisbon. This amazing new tiny house has a terrace in the front and a lovely private patio in the back, a comfortable double bed, a nice table that you can use for dinners or as workspace, enough storage space and an equipped kitchen. Tiny Casa has airconditioning! Did we mention it is 7 min walk to some amazing surf spots? ;)

Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.

A Salty Soul é uma pequena casa de praia, construída nos anos 40, localizada na “Praia da Fonte da Telha”. Uma pequena vila piscatória, situada na extremidade sul da Costa da Caparica. It´s located on the main avenue of the city, surrounded by restaurants with typical Portuguese food and also international, grocery stores, supermarket, banks and others facilities however inside the apartment the guests can enjoy a quiet atmosphere.
