Mattie's Place is a little bit of Heaven. It is situated on the edge of 35+ acres. Come enjoy the peacefulness, soak up the beauty and enjoy the simple side of life. The guest house consist of a super big livingroom area with 3 Recliners and a large sectional couch,single bedroom with a queen size bed, full kitchen, bathroom/shower and laundry room. There is a large screened in back porch with dinning area and grill. We're located 4 minutes away from Woodbury Wildlife Area for the Deer Hunters.

Riverfront A-Frame Cabin - No Cleaning Fee!

Escape to this cozy riverfront A-Frame along the banks of the Walhonding River. A true glamping experience for those seeking time outdoors, but with the comforts of home. Enjoy a memory foam mattress, down feather pillows, coffee/tea station, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, books/cards, heater and fan. Take advantage of the Blackstone Griddle, dining area with propane fire table, and wood fire ring with seating area. Outhouse style bathroom and outdoor shower with toiletries. No cleaning fee!

You can leave the sleeping bag in the basement and spend a restful night in fine white linens on a cushiony queen-sized bed. A well-equipped outdoor kitchen and a private bathhouse are just a few of the amenities provided for you. The Woods await!

Retreat to this private cabin featuring a year-round hot tub, perfect for relaxation. Tucked among pines and rocks in the heart of Amish country, where the occasional clip-clop of horse and buggies adds charm. Styled like a railroad depot, the artistically furnished home displays intricate stonework, tile and custom stained glass. The kitchen includes appliances and cookware, with the outdoor area offering a propane grill & stake-grill. Complimentary firewood is provided for the firepit.

Cozy Cabin Nestled in Nature

This beautiful cabin is tucked in on a wooded hillside, very private, cozy and comfortable with beautiful scenery all around. It is the perfect place for a romantic get away or to kick back and unwind with a couple friends, away from city noise. The cabin is located close to Amish county…there are lots of shops and restaurants within a short drive, with a spacious 7 person hot tub available for guests year round, as well as an outdoor and indoor fireplace for when weather is wintery.

Pearl Falls

Quiet 2 story cabin within 30 min of wineries, restaurants, Sugar Creek and other tourist attractions. The house is located off the main road down a long hilly gravel road away from the hustle of the crowds, but close enough to enjoy the local tourist attractions. *There are wild game camera's on the property to for observing the local wildlife, one is located in the driveway of the property and observes the parking area as well. No recording devices are inside the property.

River Rest Cottage in Coshocton

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. River Rest is located right on the Walhonding river just outside of Coshocton. Relax in this romantic getaway, soak in the hot tub and enjoy nature, or walk across the driveway and put a kayak in and travel the whole way down to the Ohio River. Enjoy many wineries in the area, or explore the historic Roscoe village in Coshocton. In the evening, relax with an outdoor fire or cozy up inside and enjoy the gas fireplaces
