Less than a mile from the Peavy Arboretum gateway to McDonald Forest and an easy 15 minute drive to Corvallis and OSU, this stand-alone guest suite offers the peace of the outdoors with the close proximity of the city. Private entrance, comfy bed, patio with fire pit and Webber B-B-Q. Forested area along back yard, for peaceful patio time. A block from the Santiam River and Waterloo County Park with trails, playground, disc golf and a great fishing spot at the falls. 11 miles to Foster Lake. 1 mile to Pineway or Mallard Creek golf courses. Not far from larger towns.

This spacious and private duplex apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood, centrally located near amenities and all the fun Corvallis has to offer. Located in a walking neighborhood close to campus, downtown, the hospital, grocery stores, and the tech firms. It has a private backyard, a large family room, a kitchen, W/D, A/C, wifi, smart TV (with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, and more), a supportive queen bed, comfortable sofa bed (no crossbar), and a daybed that can pull out to make a king.

From the comfort of our 1300 sq/ft guesthouse, visitors will enjoy a front row view of the river and all of its offerings….serene sunsets, birdwatching, wildlife, and more. The Willamette Valley is wine country! Several wineries in the immediate area, and beyond, to explore. With convenient access to I5, you are only one hour to Portland or the coast, and about 2.5 hours to Mt. Hood -perfect day trip!

Scenic cabin with a creek view

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Air conditioned Guest Cottage at Vista Manor

Guest cottage located in South Salem on a large wooded lot. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Banks, Parks, Willamette University and Salem Hospital. The bedroom is upstairs king with a king size bed. The sofa bed that is a double, is on the first floor. When we enter into spring ants are out. If food is left out on counters and tables it will attract ants. I ask guests not to leave food out. Guests who have been conscientious have not had an issue.

Our home is in the quaint historic Fairmount Hills Neighborhood. This loft is great for business travelers, couples, and solo adventurers. We are close to Downtown, Bush Park, Salem Hospital, Willamette University, and Convention Center. We are also a great home base for exploring wineries and other communities. Our neighborhood is a safe place to walk and explore and our property has security cameras to enhance your safety.

Sheepherder Camper at Blakesley Creek Farm

This is a working farm. Expect to see & hear the sheep, chickens & dogs throughout your stay. This wagon has a canvas top, but is insulated. It has a regular twin bed, but no headroom for taller guests.
