Phoenix House is a really large main door apartment in the very centre of Elie village. It has a secure, sheltered garden with hot tub and sauna and feels more like a house than an apartment. There are 5 double rooms (4 ensuite), a large living area with wonderful views over the Firth of Forth, a large utility room, and fully equipped kitchen. The owner has thought of everything you could need while on holiday and the flat is very comfortable with hotel quality linens and toiletries provided.

I provide basic groceries for a self-service breakfast - an Aldis store is 1min away, & b'fasting cafe 2mins. By car or bus, you are nearby all the attractions the Scottish Borders are so famous for. Day trip to Edin? Running well, first trains to Edinburgh start before 7am, and last return just before midnight - perfect base for Edin Festival.

Secluded, peaceful area beside the Black Loch Bumble’s Barn is a beautiful cabin for two adults. Set out with all you need for a relaxing stay. Sky Glass tv with Netflix etc. The hot tub is super. Breakfast hampers, Romance/celebration packages ,can be pre ordered at booking Pets are very welcome. We can provide cages or crates, food dishes and beds We have a treat/ toy box. Towels and blanket. Come and visit our lovely gentle animals, we have Irish Wolfhounds and Buster our Hyacinth Macaw

With so much going on in Edinburgh; being in the heart of this amazing city allows you to experience the vibrance of history & culture from every angle. From the buildings, Theatres, amazing Restaurants & Edinburgh Festival; there is always something to do! The Flat is perfect for Concerts & Rugby at Murrayfield Stadium; the Castle & Royal Mile is 10minutes away.

Delightfully cosy, well equipped, simple, central flat ideal for couples, friends or small families. Breakfast goodies to start you off included.
