Beautiful Island Beach House with pool/hot tub and private beach access on Longboat Key. The large light-filled spacious home is close to everything that you want for a fun, yet relaxing beach vacation: restaurants, bars, shopping, nature walks, and sandy white private beaches. Due to island restrictions, a 28-day stay is the shortest rental period allowed. Please note that this property is not available for young children given the surrounding water. Ages over 6 are welcome with supervision.

This stunning BEACHFRONT home was designed by Laura, the owner, who is an award winning Architect. The plan has the Living, Dining, Kitchen and Master Bedroom on the Waterfront adjacent to the deck which runs the length of the home. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and an opulent bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and shower. Bedrooms #1 and #2 have queen size beds. The beach house has a great room with kitchen, dining & living combined in one large area all on the waterfront.

Seaside Sanctuary is the ground floor unit of a beachfront duplex. It is the 2nd house from the beach with no roads to cross. The front yard is thirty steps from one of the most pristine beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. The house is located on a quiet residential street near the north end of the island. The front porch is a great place to watch the sunset. The house is clean, comfortable and well appointed. We welcome well behaved dogs and have a fully fenced yard for your pup to play.
