In summer, fly fishing and swimming right out the back . In winter, there are many snow sports.

Convenient indoor access to the pool, hot tubs, and sauna at the Sugarloaf Sports and Fitness Center (additional fees apply). Full kitchen, and one of the few with AC for summer!

Within minutes of great hiking trails including part of the Appalachian Trail, Also some of the best Hunting and Fishing in New England. Our place is within walking distance to the beautiful, and historical Flagstaff Lake, downtown Stratton, the local town park, local restaurants, and a convenience store/Gas station right next door!

New, bright and comfortable, this secluded cottage is conveniently located just 40 minutes from Sugarloaf, 50 minutes from Saddleback and 10 minutes to downtown Farmington. Feel free to walk, fat bike or x-country ski on nearly 4 miles of groomed private trails located just outside your front door! Contains a full kitchen for meal prep, as well as high speed internet, and climate control.

This 1100 square foot cozy cabin in the woods is 8 miles north of Sugarloaf ski resort, 25 minutes north east of Rangeley Lake and 5 minutes from Flagstaff Lake. It is equipped with dimmable recessed lighting, a ceiling fan, a front porch, and back deck. There is a loft with a queen bed in addition to the queen bed in the bedroom. Wifi is available on sight as well as a 55" Roku smart TV. This cabin has had many recent updates primarily on the first floor and loft areas.
