Cyclists can also challenge themselves on the many hills around the area, including the infamous Stwlan Dam climb. Local attractions such as Zip World, Antur Stiniog and Llechwedd Slate Caverns are a few minutes away. The cottage is also ideally located for visiting nearby Porthmadog and Betws y Coed.

This semi detached property is situated on a residental street close to the centre of the historic slate mining Town of Blaenau Ffestiniog, which now holds the prestigious status of World Heritage site, awarded by UNSECO. Being in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park, it provides a great base for exploring the area. The famous narrow gauge Ffestiniog Mountain Railway runs from here to the harbour Town of Porthmadog. Nearby are attractions such as Zip World and the famous Portmeirion Village.

Moelwyn View is a two bedroom cottage that sleeps four. It has extensive views to the mountains and a large playing field to the front with parking. It is comfortably furnished with everything that you might need. There is central heating and a wood burner, a landing room with views for relaxing, and a fully equipped kitchen. One pet is welcome. There are shops and pubs within one mile, as well as walking, zip wires, mountain biking, and underground activities, with beaches an easy drive away.
