Black Creek Koi Pond Gardens

We are open for the 2024 season, and meet all recent changes in the local laws regarding Airbnb. The cottage is one large room with a queen-size bed, a sofa, TV, frig, microwave, coffee maker, & outside BBQ. with a private bathroom. We are set in 1-1/2 acres of ​landscaped gardens & a 55,000-gallon Koi pond.​ We are 30 min. from Campbell River, Courtenay, & Mt.Washington. The Oyster River is just across the street & Saratoga Beach is nearby. There are many biking trails in our area too.

Washington is just a 30 minute drive.

In a quiet neighborhood, a lovely, private, air-conditioned, vaulted-ceiling cabin with glass front overlooking Baynes Sound and the mountains of Vancouver Island. Self-contained with a private entrance. Queen-size bed in loft, single bed on main floor. Private bathroom with shower. Private access to beach. Close to ferry, a short walk to the local village. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children. WE DO NOT CHARGE CLEANING FEES.

The Cumberlander

Situated one block off Cumberland’s Main Street and only a few blocks from parks, hiking and biking trails, this guest house offers easy access to all of what Cumberland has to offer. Featuring real wood, brick and concrete accents, this newly constructed guest house has two bedrooms. Each with a queen sized bed. The living room sofa bed will accommodate two more children or one more adult. The eat in kitchen has all appliances and a large bar that can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The space has wonderful amenities including a spa-worthy bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and two patio spaces.
