Full size washer/dryer. Off street (driveway) parking. No smoking. Convenient location in safe, friendly Arlington. Easy transit options to DC. Walk to several bus stops, 1-2 miles to 3 Metro stops, 10 minute drive to downtown. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate service animals due to household allergies.

This is our best equipped room, we believe it's good enough for honey-mooners or Business/Executive Travelers. It's away from all other bedrooms in the house, with a private bathroom, high Speed Internet, a work area with office chair and desk, mini-fridge and microwave, a reserved parking space on our driveway.

You can close your door, but this won't work if you're allergic or don't want cats near you. Because this is a great deal, you agree to be relaxed about the space.
