Charlotte’s Cottage is a superbly restored Victorian, built as a private school in 1871, dominating Connelly Street in the historic port area and nestled between the Murray and Campaspe rivers, the house is in a peaceful but prime area of Echuca. Two bedroom house with a modern kitchen, outdoor area and a pet friendly secure backyard. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE. Main bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite. Second bedroom has 2 king singles and a fold out bed in the lounge room if needed. Main bathroom has a shower as well as a bath. We also have a porta cot and high chair available on request. Contential breakfast is included in the price. Riverbend House also has Wi-Fi and Stan.

Located close to the Goulburn River, the apartment is attached to the rear of our home. Offering off road parking under the carport We can cater for additional guests with a sofa bed in the lounge/dining area, also a single fold away bed on request. A portable cot is available. A basic continental breakfast is available with bread, juice, cereals & condiments. Tea & coffee are available, basic cooking facilities. private outdoor patio area.

Milkman’s Cottage In the heart of Kyabram

Milkman’s Cottage is located within walking distance to Kyabram’s CBD. It’s name was inspired by the block originally housing the local dairy where milk was packaged then delivered by horse and cart. The horse and stables were also located on this property. A cottage was built on the same block where the owner lived. This is what we have restored for people to enjoy while visiting Kyabram and surrounds.
