Entering through a real Hobbit door you will find yourself in secure, fenced, very private garden securing you and your pets. Featuring an outside Living room, Dining area - the garden is a National Wildlife Urban Sanctuary – great bird watching venue. Indoors you will find a studio featuring a Kitchen, Dinning /Work area. The sleeping area has a comfortable bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, living area . The space has been created, furnished and equipped for your special experience.

Just north of Atlanta & 5 miles off I-75, our Hideaway on the Hill features a private entrance to a 240 sq ft private guest suite located on the bottom level of the home. There are no shared spaces. This clean, calming space is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe neighborhood great for walking the dog. An easy drive great restaurants, shopping and the Atlanta Braves stadium. Parking is included in your stay. We welcome well-trained, healthy pups CRATED IF LEFT ALONE. Details below.

Spacious, light, stylishly minimalistic & HEPA filtered entire basement suite in a quiet residential neighborhood. Separate entrance, large bedroom and separate family room, kitchen equipped for cooking, W/D, home gym, sauna, sound machine and many more details to make our guests feel at home. Walking distance to shopping, dining, park, and a playground. We live upstairs, when at home, we respect our guests’ privacy, but the suite is below the main level of our home with a separate entrance.

Private suite in a daylight basement, sleeps 1-6 people. Entrance to the suite is through the garage and no stairs. Our neighborhood is quite and full of large trees & friendly people. We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. This is your home away from home, luxury style living at its finest for a fraction of the price. This home is located 20 minutes from all main attractions in downtown Atlanta, Atlantic Station, Ponce City Market, Buck Head, Six Flags and more. This home is also located near biking trails, nature trails and is easily accessible to public transportation. 3 minutes from Kroger and Publix shopping centers and many local and commercial eateries. Literally everything you need for your stay.

Cozy Condo Basement Suite By The Braves Stadium

This is a clean and well furnished Guest Suite/Basement part of the house. It is completely private and secluded with its own living room, a bedroom, a full bathroom, with a shared kitchen (with the host) on the main level. Location is a very quiet upscale neighborhood, about 15-20 minutes drive from downtown Atlanta & 25-30 minutes drive from the airport and about 5 minutes from The Braves stadium. People from all backgrounds and walks of life are respectfully welcome in my home.

This attached guest suite is simply appointed, bright, and clean. We’re in a small, quiet neighborhood tucked just out of the way - just under two miles from the historic Marietta square. Bedroom with attached bathroom (shower) are at the back. Through double French doors is a living room and full kitchen with the basics provided. Private entrance to the front leads to the carport. We look forward to welcoming you as our neighbor - if only for a night or two!

Our backyard has been transformed into a family friendly playground for kids & adults alike, a well maintained yard complete with jungle gym, geosphere climbing structure, giant sandpit, organic garden, bunny hutch, butterfly gardens, & deck in the woods just down the path, over the creek. You can enjoy the entire backyard at your leisure.
