Swinburne Castle ist perfekt in seiner eigenen schönen Parkanlage und seinen Gärten gelegen. Die traditionell eingerichteten Teile des Hauses haben eine enorme Geschichte, die bis ins 12. Jahrhundert zurückreicht. Der Ostflügel ist äußerst komfortabel und privat. Lass dich nicht von den Steinstufen beunruhigen, die zum Gewölbekeller hinunterführen. Ein leckeres kontinentales Frühstück wird in Ihren Zimmern bereitgestellt. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze und einen Tennisplatz, den du gerne nutzen kannst. Diese ruhige Torloge steht am Eingang des Ashiestiel House und ist von der atemberaubenden Landschaft umgeben, die die Schriften von Sir Walter Scott inspirierte. East Lodge ist berühmt für seine malerischen Landschaften und sportlichen Aktivitäten und befindet sich in einer herrlichen Lage oberhalb des Flusses Tweed, der von Waldwegen und Wanderwegen begrenzt wird. In der Tat, so verlockend ist die Landschaft in dieser Gegend, inspirierte sie einige der großartigen literarischen Werke von Sir Walter Scott, der zwischen 1804 und 1812 in Ashiestiel lebte.

Make your trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". The Cosy Flat in Galashiels

The Cosy Flat offers a delightful blend of modern amenities and homely touches, ensuring a memorable stay in the Scottish Borders. Accessibility Information: The flat is a two-level maisonette. Entry to the property involves a set of stairs, and there are internal stairs connecting the two levels. The toilet and bathroom are located on the first level, while the bedroom is on the upper level. While many guests find the layout comfortable, it may not be ideal for those with limited mobility.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.
