The home is clean and comfortable with window darkening blinds throughout. Central heating and air conditioning to keep the house comfortable. You'll never run out of hot water because it uses a Richmond hot water system. There are also 4 ceiling fans throughout. And multiple charging docks are provided for your phones, tablets, computers, etc.

It gives you a first row seat, from the comfort of your living room, to the many shows and parades through out the year. A few minutes away from John Deere Harvester, John Deere Pavilion, John Deere Classic, Vibrant Center, The Bend Center, The Rust Belt.

Guests are invited to the winery to sample our award winning wines, and to select a complimentary bottle of wine to enjoy. There is a Bluff Trail for hiking and guests can tour the vineyard and winery to see where it all happens. Dog are invited to stay, at an additional fee.
