This is a 3 bed 2 1/2 bath one story home with plenty of room to roam on the 1.25 acres of wooded property. This is brand new furnished with hot tub, gas fire place, fire pit in the back of the property and all the amenities for you to have a comfortable stay. Garden tub in the master bathroom for a nice relaxing time if you come without kids. 5 minute drive to Murphy, The Folk School, McGuires Farm and the Tri County Race Track. We will allow pets on a case by case basis with restrictions.

A 100 year old corn crib harkens back to the early days when this land was part of a working farm.
