Zen Den verfügt über private Eingangsfenster mit Blick auf die Natur; ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Tempur-Pedic-Bett und Arbeitsbereich (WLAN); einen offenen, geräumigen Wohnbereich mit Flachbild-Smart-TV und Kabel, ein Queensize-Pillowtop-Bett (mit Sichtschutzvorhängen); ein komplettes Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche; eine voll ausgestattete und funktionale Küche; Wanderwege auf dem gesamten Grundstück und vollen Zugang zum Fluss.

Perfekt für Paare, Solo-Abenteurer und zukünftige UGA-Studenten. Das Hotel liegt am Greenway, in der Nähe des Firefly Trail und der Mountainbike-Strecken. Parkplätze für 2 Fahrzeuge.

Nicht geeignet für Rauchen, Haustiere und Kinder unter 13 Jahren.

Das Loft im 3. Stock im Studio verfügt über ein großes Bett und ein Einzelbett. In der Nähe von allem, was UGA; Sanford Stadium, weniger als 5 Meilen. Große hintere Terrasse zum Entspannen mit eingezäuntem Hinterhof. Haustierfreundlich (Hunde 40 Pfund oder weniger, müssen den Gastgeber vor der Buchung bezüglich des Haustieres kontaktieren).

Briarcliff Garden Gästesuite

Charmante private Gästesuite in einem bewaldeten Viertel, nur neun Minuten von der Innenstadt von Athens entfernt. Das Hotel liegt auf der ersten Ebene eines Einfamilienhauses aus den 1950er Jahren, unsere Familie wohnt im Obergeschoss. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass du unser Kleinkind oder Baby von oben hören kannst :) Wenn du dich damit nicht wohlfühlst, sind wir möglicherweise nicht die beste Option für deinen Besuch in Athen. Allerdings hatten die letzten Gäste keine Probleme mit Lärm, schau dir unsere Bewertungen an!

Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

Towels and linens are provided. Backyard trail leads to Harris Shoals park. Take a hike on the trail to the beautiful shoals.

Complete with photo worthy hearse available for pictures, this is a perfect spot for October or year round horror fans! It's a small place, but very cozy! DISCLAIMER: there is a lot of HORROR MOVIE imagery here. It is not suitable for young kids or adults who can’t handle horror imagery (I can’t believe I have to write this😹)
