Should you like, you can also get to know the kids who visit the "Caldo de Piedra" library next door. (Proceeds go to support it.) Pickup and drop-off is in Antigua is provided free of charge (weekdays, up to 6 pm). Nature-, book-friendly.

The principal room has a mezanine with a working area. Complete Kitchen, dinning and living room, laundry. The parking is free but it is located at 5 blocks. Wifi 80megas.
