It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. Bright apartment, on the second floor of the building, well located in a quiet street and few meters distance from the beautiful square of the Cenotaph of Leonidas.
