Durch die Großräumigkeit ist das Haus bestens für Familien mit Kindern sowie für Gruppen geeignet. Das komplette Haus bietet Platz für 10 bis 12 Personen. Jede einzelne Wohneinheit ist aufgrund der Aufteilung mit jeweils eigener Terrasse auch angenehm alleine oder bis zu 4 Pers. zu bewohnen. Den Sandstrand von Skoutari erreicht man in zehn Minuten zu Fuß.
