Our home is a duplex, it is 2 complete houses under one roof. We live in one end, the other ( the rental) has 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath/shower, living/dining room, kitchen, laundry room, closets. Plain and simple but cozy and relaxing. Kitchen with all accessories. Bed linens,bath towels, soap etc are furnished. Front porch: swing and a glider/rocker with west view. Pavilion in yard with picnic table, rocking chairs, small grill, and a fire ring. A country spot that is peaceful, birds singing.

A non-smoking/non-vaping property positioned on a beautiful corner lot, you will enjoy the country sounds and recently renovated accommodations. Centrally located off of Highway 15 North in Neshoba County you will enjoy unique restaurants and shops with a quick trip to Philadelphia, Noxapater, and Louisville. The property offers a newly renovated full-size kitchen, two bedrooms with one queen bed and one twin bed, new appliances, and new furnishings, including a new washer and dryer.

Charming and cozy ONE room efficiency. Perfect for one person or couple. Located in the historic district, close to downtown, where you will find great shopping and restaurants. Located on an established street with families. Very safe area. Afternoon walks are welcomed. Two other apartments occupied the home as well, the yellow door is just underneath. It is less than 10 minutes from Lake Tiak-O’ Khata, and only 7 miles from Walmart and Main Street.

The 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin has an open floor plan in the den and kitchen, a queen size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom, with a roll-away daybed available. A pack n play is available upon request. The bathroom is handicapped accessible. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, full size refrigerator and microwave. There is no dishwasher. There is a flat screen tv in both the den and the master bedroom with Directv. We have WIFI available.
