This 1921 bungalow is 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, Rock City, and Ruby Falls yet with a rural wooded feel. Redesigned and renovated with new furnishings and appliances make your stay comfortable and worry-free. One queen bedroom with a large window overlooking the back deck; a living room with a seasonal wood-burning fireplace, queen sofa bed, and vaulted ceiling make this tiny bungalow feel spacious, airy, and light-filled. Kitchen and dining area are fully equipped for longer stays.

Big Living in the Little House

Stay in the country and still eat well. We pay your first $40 for meal delivery per visit, $10 per day after. Pool included for $25 per stay to help with maintenance and chemicals. Trade traffic jams for 2 lane country. Only 10-20 min from downtown. But what we call “going to town” is driving to Flinstone for gas or church.
