I was born and raised right here in the tri-city area and my husband is from Atlanta. We have very strong family roots so when we saw the opportunity to bring families together, we weren’t missing out!!!! Located in the heart of midtown, our home is conveniently located right off of the exit. 7 miles to Ft.Benning, 4 miles to Uptown, less than 2 miles from CSU and blocks from shopping, restaurants and grocery stores! This is a quiet neighborhood and close to all amenities such as food, leisure, and shopping. The Military Base Fort Benning is only 5 minutes away. Bikes are available for travel around the city and on the Riverwalk. Beautiful night skies to watch the Stars in the backyard or front yard for your relaxing pleasure.

My personal studio that is 250 Square feet with a private bathroom. Location in rear of main house overlooking a beautiful Botanical Garden, that you can see through a 50 Inch window and sliding glass doors. Unit has a 7.1 cubic feet refrigerator and a 4K 50-inch TV. Full size bed with an orthoepic mattress. You may use the main house for laundry and cooking. Parking in driveway. This unit has a private entrance.
