Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Idéal pour les familles, le gîte est intégré à notre maison mais totalement indépendant et vous offre des prestations de qualité. Dans un environnement champêtre et calme, vous profiterez de la sérénité du lieu avec en prime une vue sans vis-à-vis face aux champs et au lac. Eté comme hiver, vous aurez rapidement accès aux loisirs et plaisirs du lac Léman ou de la montagnes : 10mn Evian(lac),10 mn stations ski.

Outstanding views, top of the range exceptional accommodation. Ski, bike, walk, swim on the doorstep.Village location.You won't be disappointed. We also own a spacious 3 bed property sleeping 6 people situated next door. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

Au rez de chaussée, une cuisine entièrement équipée ouverte sur le séjour donnant accès à un balcon avec coin repas extérieur. Une chambre parentale avec douche. A l'étage, un second salon avec canapé convertible, 1 salle de bain, 3 chambres dont 2 avec salle de douche . 2 parking extérieurs et 1 couverte.

Chalet Croix de Pierre

This chalet is truly unique, one of the oldest buildings in the area; it has been authentically restored while retaining its charm and character. You will find yourself in beautiful surroundings full of history. It is close to the Portes Du Soleil skiing resorts (Champéry, Morgins) and the Thermal Baths of Val d'Illiez. The chalet is good for couples and ideal for families. Pets welcome. Given the beauty of the chalet and its antique restoration, we don't host big group celebration parties.

Alpaga A - Modern and Luxurious

Newly built and completed in 2020, Chalet Alpaga is a beautiful family chalet, boasting south-west views both up and down the valley, surrounded on 3 sides by fields and just 10 minutes walk to the centre of the pretty mountain village of Chatel. It is perfectly set up for a large family, with space for everyone. The chalet has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a large well-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. There is also a family room on the lower level which leads out to the hot tub.

Mon logement est idéal pour les familles. Il est situé à 19 km du Lac Léman et de 24 km de Morgins (ville frontière suisse), à proximité des stations de sport d'hiver , Bernex (9km), d'Abondance, de la Chapelle d'Abondance et de Châtel, Morzine-Avoriaz qui font partie du domaine des portes du soleil (reliées sur deux pays). Vous disposerez d'une terrasse et d'une aire de jeu, jardin. Un local est également disponible pour ranger du matériel type ski, vélo.

With its terrace hidden from view, you can enjoy the panoramic views while having a meal. Jacuzzi option: If you wish to use the Jacuzzi, we ask for a supplement of 100 CHF for the entire stay (included: (chemical, energy, hot and clean water).
