The kitchen will be stocked with the following food items (guests must prepare the food): - Two (2) organic eggs per guest - Two (2) pc whole wheat bread per guest - Juice/Tea/Coffee/Milk/Creamer - Jam & Peanut Butter - Oatmeal - Miscellaneous Pantry items (popcorn/soup/etc.) Walking distance to Sidney (1.5km to town/1 km to the oceanfront) and the Victoria International Airport (2.2km) NOTE: Persons with mobility concerns may have a difficult time getting in and out of the primary bed.

The Sea Nest - A welcoming oasis for all is located within Colwood, part of Greater Victoria. (Provincial Registration # H420984100. Municipal Licence # 5533.) A beautiful studio and patio with its own private entrance. It is 15 to 20 minutes from Victoria and is on a bus route. Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.

Nearby, you’ll find charming farms and restaurants. The closest bus stop is 2 km away. Your suite includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and kettle for basic meal prep. No smoking or scented products, please!

The care takers pier house is the most unique way to embrace Brentwood Bay . Being the oldest private marina in BC you will sense its rich history on the walls of the house. On the peir you will find boat builders and canvas makers and the largest paddle sport operation on the island. Brentwood spa is a 4 minute walk down the path , seahorse cafe is next door and butchart gardens is in the same bay. All who come to Brentwood bay love the little island feel at portside marina .

If you are a biking enthusiast the Galloping Goose trail is at your doorstep.

Charming 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite located 9.5km from BC Ferries and only 4.5km to Victoria airport (YYJ). We are close to downtown Sidney, a short 15 minute drive to Butchart Gardens and 35 minutes to downtown Victoria. There is a bus on the route, but we are in a rural area and the bus is sporadic. There are plenty of beaches and hiking trails near by as well as the local golf course. Suite is attached to the host home, yet completely private with a separate entrance.

Our suite is close to Bamberton Provincial Park in a peaceful neighbourhood close to beach access. Bike tour guests will appreciate the proximity to the Mill Bay ferry dock. Lovely local wineries, restaurants and outdoor exploring. Are you completing a residency or traveling nurse? We are located just 30mins to Cowichan District Hospital and Victoria General Hospital.
