A lovely cottage offering the best of both worlds. Less than 10mins walk to the heart of Arrowtown Village but in a rural setting opposite Millbrook Park. Surrounded by golf courses, 200m from cycle trails to Queenstown, Gibbston Valley and Arthurs Point, 20 mins to Coronet Base, and 5 mins drive to world-class precint Aryburn - it's a top location. The kids can play on the tyre-swing and playhouse, run on the soccer pitch, get dirty in the sandpit & then wash it all off in the outside bath.

Our house is in a great location only a short walk to the town centre and the popular Arrow River. The location and position also attracts the sun all year round. The house has excellent indoor/outdoor living and is well equipped for your stay. There is also a BBQ with comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing. It is very handy to the 4 Square Shop and at the end of the street there is a playground. For those wanting to exercise as there are a number of walking and biking tracks close by.

Welcome to our family holiday home, set amongst mature trees in a large tranquil garden. It’s an easy walk to the town centre, cafés, pubs, shops and the playground. The house is sunny, warm and comfortable with heat pumps in every room and a log burner if you prefer a fire. Lots of outside space for kids to burn off energy. Three bedrooms, 1 bathroom (a separate toilet), an open plan modern kitchen, dining, living area and laundry. We are equipped for young children.

Our property was built in 2016 it has wonderful mountain vistas, walking & mountain bike tracks at its door step, light and airy inside with modern decor, open plan living, cool kids bunk room, great indoor out door flow for entertaining on the patio, wood fire for colder winter months. Cardrona and Trebble Cone ski fields just 30mins drive away and the lake is a fifteen minute walk or a few minutes drive.
