This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom chalet is ideal for the large family. There is also a sleeper couch in the family sized lounge, so it comfortably sleeps 7. There is a well equipped kitchen, with large fridge freezer and stove with hob and oven. Bathrooms with showers, and a large deck with exceptional views. The braai is on the deck. A recent addition is a private wood fired hot tub set in the bush close to the chalet. Perfect for star gazing with a glass of wine. We are pet friendly.

Please note that we are approximately 1.5km from the CBD. Cottage has access to the back garden with mature trees and lawn. Comfortably sleeps two adults only or two adults and two children on the double sleeper couch. Not suitable for four adults. Safe parking for one vehicle per booking.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape with stunning views and beautiful Karoo landscapes. The cottage is situated in a peaceful oasis on a working farm with scenic walks or bike rides through luscious lucern lands; you may even see a kudu! We offer comfortable, luxurious, clean accommodation, warm, friendly and welcoming service. Although the cottage is self catering, the Whistling Bridge Cafe is open from 7am to 4pm and offers delicious breakfast and lunch menu options.

Numbi Valley, a magical Permaculture Farm

Numbi Valley is a wonderful example of off-grid sustainable living. There is one private guest cottage on the farm and Kath and Ross welcome you to enjoy their uniquely created space. There are abundant organic gardens, a spring fed fresh water plunge pool with a amazing views, all in a very beautiful and peaceful valley in the klein karoo countryside. There are scenic walks, cycling routes, fresh produce , excellent massage, delicious pizza and wi-fi. We would love to have you stay!

Oasis Cottage in Merweville

H Oasis cottage is a 2 bedroom home. It’s got a magical outside living area consisting of beds to have those lazy afternoon sleeps. Fabulous Braai and fire pit for those great evening meals and special times under the stars. We do have a little plunge pool, but please be aware that especially in winter it is empty as we are in a water crisis sadly. We have bicycles you can ride around the village. A restaurant just down the road called Die Boekklub with Delicious food!
