This self contained studio is 5 mins drive from M1. It is 10-15 mins walk from the train station to central London in 30 mins. Luton airport is 10 minutes drive & Heathrow is 45 minutes. L&D Hospital is 5 minutes walk. It has its own access separate to the main house. It’s ideal for short stay travellers. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. It’s not suitable for children. Due to age of the painting, there are few spots on the walls. WE DO NOT ALLOW GUESTS TO USE OUR ADDRESS FOR MAIL OR DELIVERIES.

There is a private, gated entrance and free parking. Harpenden Town centre is located 3 miles away, with frequent direct trains into central London, St Pancras. Harpenden has all the local amenities you expect, including coffee shops, independent shops and great restaurants. London Luton Airport is only a 10 minute car journey away.

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. Set on the edge of our family farm, surrounded by wildflowers, our railway cabin is a tranquil retreat in the picturesque village of Ashwell. Recently done up to a high standard, it makes for the perfect base if you are exploring the village or visiting friends. The cabin has ensuite facilities and a king-size double bed. Underfloor heating keeps it cosy all year round and an outdoor eating area and firepit make it a great place to relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets.

The Barn at the Old George and Dragon

The village of Pavenham is situated just 6 miles north of Bedford. Surrounded by the beautiful setting of the River Ouse, the village has a magnificent golf club and a pub right in the centre. Just 100 metres from the Old George and Dragon, the COCK does not provide food at the moment, but a great atmosphere. However, 5 minutes drive away is the SUN at Felmersham which does good food. Several places in Bedford deliver takeaways. Ideal for walkers on the John Bunyan Trail.

A lovely detached self contained annexe . Newly decorated and fully furnished.Separate toilet and shower room . Full kitchen , with hob , oven , toaster , kettle , fridge freezer . Cutlery, plates and cooking equipment provided. There is a small patio area outside. Set in the countryside with some lovely local walks . The annexe is in our garden situated approximately 10 metres from our house .
