Wake up to birds singing! Enjoy 55 private, peaceful acres with abundant forest wildlife. Hawks, owls, deer and more! Our Mongolian-style yurt is 200 sq. feet with a full bed, solar shower(summer), pop-up private flushing poddie, hammock, fan, lights, wood stove (winter), grill and fire pit. Optional packages include, Farm to table Cornish Hen dinner delivered ($44), S'mores $12, extra firewood ($10), one hour farm tour ($49) which includes feeding cows, holding chickens and visiting our apiary.

For the traveler in search of antiques, delicious eastern shore fare, or live music, Main Street and Nauti Goose are only a short walk away.

A small cottage surrounded on all sides by nature yet with easy access to a host of different activities. The focus of Hill Top Cottage is peace, quiet and chickens! We have 5 penned-in pet chickens that live on the premises. They are still teenagers and can be a little bit shy but they sure are cute! We're 5 minutes away from the Conowingo Dam for eagle watching, and close to Fairhill Nature Ctr, Great Wolf Lodge/Casino and many State Parks, hiking trails and kayaking & fishing options.

Whether you’re traveling for a campus visit or returning for Parents weekend, or just passing through I provide a convenient, comfortable resting place between events. Perfect for Grandparents coming in for a graduation, or parents supporting their student during finals week. The Parent Pad is a perfect distance from the raucous of the college life, yet close enough for convenience to UD Stadium and sports complex. A safe place for students during holidays when Dorm cleaning occurs, too.

Unit 477 is 1/2 of a Duplex in a peaceful country setting. A perfect place to relax after a long day at work when you are unable to get home. Pets are welcome but we do charge an fee of 150.00 in addition to the normal cleaning fee for each trip when we host your pet. Free access to our laundry area is included. There is free parking in front of the unit at the same level as the unit. No steps.
