This restored, 1-storey house in Filipino rustic design, measures 81sqm or 807sqft, in an open floor lay out design, with Capiz divider to separate the sleeping area. It still has the unpolished, original concrete floor. The place is just a 3-minute walk to Aguinaldo Shrine and Museum, a historical tourist site. Freedom Park is fronting it. Kawit's Maytinis Parade on Christmas Eve is a must-see, as well as the decorative lights of the centuries-old St. Mary Magdalene Church.
