Casuzza duci is a cosy house set in a splendid panoramic location overlooking the tyrrhenian sea and the mountains. Ideal place for a romantic couple or a family loving nature and searching tranquility. Two bedrooms with big windows and fan ceilings opened to the garden area and a luminous living room boosting wooden ceilings and mosaics floors. A kitchen corner surrounded by windows where to cook admiring the transparent sea. A garden to relax in a hamac and a fully equipped barbecue.

Villa GdU is 2.5 km from the sea and under 1h by boat from the Aeolian Islands. Built in 2023, the villa combines modern style with superb views. It’s ideal for holidays or remote work, offering fast Wi-Fi, new air conditioning, and all home comforts. Newly built apartment, just 3 minutes on foot from the beach. The apartment has a bedroom with queen bed and a big living room with kitchen. In the living room there is s also a bed sofa. The apartment can host 4 persons. The kitchen is very comfortable and includes: microwave, oven, dishwasher and laundry washer. Car parking is inside and for free. There is also a barbecue area, a big garden and also a yard (with external table and chairs).
