Scenic Semora Home

This older family home is located in Semora on our family's farm. The home is very secluded and private on a beautiful road. VIR (Virginia International Raceway) is only a 12 minute drive away. Hyco Lake is an 11 minute drive. This makes us perfectly situated between two popular vacation spots. We are about 12 minutes from Milton and 20 minutes from Yanceyville and Roxboro where you can find shopping and restaurants. **Please note this is a very rural home. We do not do long term renters.

The Rabbit Hole

Welcome to the Rabbit Hole at Hyco Lake! Our home offers beautiful 180 degree water views and is situated at the crest of the Bunny Rabbit peninsula. With a unique and cozy floor plan we hope you feel right at home the moment you walk through the front door. Guests will have full access to the lake along with 2 kayaks, 1 SUP, a rubber dockie and several floats to relax and unwind. In addition: a covered cornhole patio, indoor shuffleboard table, Wii, Smart TV's and plenty of board games.

Cozy Private Cabin w/ hot tub

Enjoy your privacy at this beautiful traditional log cabin on 10 secluded acres. Includes a fully stocked kitchen and full bathroom w/ walk-in shower. Sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms (one loft space). Enjoy a night cap on the large covered wraparound porch, take a romantic dip in the 4-person hot tub to stargaze at night, or sit around the fire pit and enjoy a crackling fire to chat and enjoy outdoor adventures with friends. Includes a fully fenced backyard for a well-behaved dog <50 lbs.

Hyco Hideaway

A lakeside retreat to call your own (at least for a little while). This two bedroom, one bath scenic cottage sits on approximately 250 feet of waterfront where you have a lake view from the huge screen porch. An open floor plan with fully furnished kitchen, beds, and full bath will make this an exceptional getaway. Nestled deep in the forest, the dock is accessible by a path that is steep in places or staircase plus steep timber steps with no handrail. Water depth at dock is shallow.

Historic Melville Cottage

Take it easy at this unique, historic getaway. Built in 1835 on Broad St. in Milton, NC, Melville was the home of a prominent merchant, planter and tobacco factory owner. The cottage has a staircase crafted by Thomas Day, a famous Milton cabinet maker. It includes a furnished kitchen with stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer. The comfortable living room is furnished with a couch, chairs entertainment center and television. The upstairs contains two full size bedrooms & one bathroom.

This rustic lakefront cottage is tucked away on a private reservoir near Hyco Lake & is accessible only to homeowners & their guests, offering unmatched tranquility & some of the best fishing in the region. This home is surrounded by mature trees with a wide-open grassy yard that leads to the water’s edge. Enjoy quiet mornings with coffee on the porch, long kayak paddles under the sun, & s’mores by the fire at night.

Cozy Hyco Lake Cottage

This is a quiet secluded Hyco Lake cottage located on the south end of the lake without a lot of boat traffic. It's a one bedroom, one bath cottage that opens to a front deck overlooking the lake. You may also use the screened-in porch and lower concrete patio of the main house during your stay. Due to the water being shallower on this end of the lake only fishing boats are allowed at the dock. We have two kayaks with paddles and life jackets available for your use.

Near Milton NC, Danville VA, VIR, Hyco Lake, Farmers lake Guest is responsible to hook up their RV/Camper to the utilities and responsible for necessary cable or line they need for hook ups.
