All'esterno una deliziosa veranda vista mare attrezzata con tavolo e sedie per mangiare sotto ulivo. Inoltre due sdraie e un Ombrellone per la spiaggia sotto casa. TV WIFI (segnale debole non adatto per smart working!) il telefono non funziona e internet è debole.PARCHEGGIO LAVANDERIA IN COMUNE CON APPARTAMENTO SOPRA

Beach house - just a few steps from the sea

Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

Casa adatta anche a lunghi soggiorni, dotata di ogni comfort per il lavoro a distanza: wifi, postazione di lavoro, caminetto, riscaldamento autonomo. Dal fascino antico e il comfort moderno, arredata con mobili di famiglia, in un angolo appartato del centro storico. Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.
