It is set in 2.5 acres of olive groves, fruit trees & forest, an extremely peaceful setting surrounded by nature. Sertã is a hidden gem in central Portugal, set amongst river valleys, rolling hills, forests & pretty villages. There are many hiking trails & river beaches in the area around River Zezere. Our lovely farm is close to The Serra da Estrela Mountains, lots of beautiful river beaches and the historical cities of Coimbra and Viseu. It is a beautiful, cozy and private granite cottage situated in a quiet river valley surrounded by woodland, birds and wildlife and located close to the lively village of Lagares da Beira. Casa da Bezerra is good for couples, families (with kids) we do not charge more during holiday times, same great price all year, and pets (but please check first).

In a lovely peaceful space between the trees, with a view to the Gardunha mountain. We offer a double bed, small kitchenette with pots & pans, gas cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, compost toilet, shower & wood for the log burner in colder months.
